JISC Report on File Format Information

This is a February 2004 report from the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) in the UK outlining the need for documenting file formats. It also has good list of sites where file format information is available, with links and comments. Unfortunately, I didn't get this site visible by the time this report was done, so I'm not mentioned.
