Uber-converter: a project to make a "Universal Converter" for 2D/3D vector images

Uber-Converter is an open-source project to make a converter that can translate between any 2D or 3D vector image. It is oriented towards batch/command-line, so I may be able to get an online version running here at FileFormat.Info. The project is sponsored by Xara. (via LinuxElectrons).
