DecodeUnicode.org is a new site dedicated to documenting each and every Unicode character.

So far there isn't much content (and what there is, is all in German).

They do have a really nice Flash widget for navigating, but the URLs are not pretty.

They are vaguely a competitor, but since I am not opening authoring on FileFormat.Info to everyone, it doesn't really matter at this point. When they have more content, I am certainly going to link to them. I thought about doing automatic links with Wikipedia/Wiktionary but has come of it yet.
