UnicodeInput To Do List

Is the window coming to the foreground correctly? It seems to in simple testing, but the new (v0.2) single EXE file didn't seem to do it as reliably as the two-file EXE/DLL version, so the v0.1 is still available.

Should not be in taskbar when active
Set focus to edit box when activating
Decent icon
Popup menu when right-clicking on the tray icon: About, Exit
